Showroom is a white-label platform that enables automotive OEMs to deploy branded digital showroom experiences across dealership networks nationwide.
It ensures every offer, vehicle presentation, and incentive remains consistent with brand standards while giving dealerships a powerful way to engage with customers.
Designing the Showroom experience required balancing the needs of three very different stakeholders: OEM brand teams, dealership staff, and customers. Each group needed a seamless experience, while the platform still had to scale across dealership networks nationwide.
The core challenge was creating a system flexible enough to support multiple automotive brands while remaining strictly compliant with OEM brand guidelines.
